100 % wool from Portugal, mulesing free, at 530 g/m². The body is lined in cotton and the sleeves in upcycled viscose. The buttons are 60 % bio-based resin, each reinforced by a counter-button.

Yes. At 530 g/m² and 125 cm long, it is a full winter coat. The side slits button closed when you want it sealed, and open when you want the movement.

Two things at once. Practical, because they give you access to your trouser pockets. Aesthetic, because two buttons on each side let you wear them open or closed.

Dry clean only, and as rarely as possible. Wool cleans itself with airing far better than with solvent. Brush it down after wear and let it breathe on a wide hanger.

Your order is in general shipped within 48 hours from the date of payment. Orders placed before 12:00 during the week can be shipped the same day.

Coltesse cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure linked to an incomplete or erroneous information of the address during the realization of the order. In case of return of a parcel because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the return costs will be at your exclusive charge. For orders on the outlet, shipping times may exceptionally be up to 3-4 days. Delivery times are in working days.

Coltesse has a 14 day return policy, any item you wish to return must be sent within 14 days of receipt. You will not have to justify your reasons or pay any penalties except for the cost of returning the item.

In the case of free shipping, the shipping costs will be applied if the amount of the items kept is less than the amount necessary to apply the free shipping. The shipping costs will then be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The garment must not have been damaged, worn, worn out or washed. It must be returned in the exact condition in which it is found and must be accompanied by all the documents and accessories supplied as well as a copy of the invoice or any other element allowing the identification of the order.
If the returned item cannot be put back on stock, you will not be entitled to a refund, but you may have the item sent back to you at your expense.
