How pre-orders work

We make a defined number of pieces and we make them once you have ordered them. Nothing is produced in advance, nothing is destroyed at the end of the season. It is the most direct way we know to produce a coat without producing waste alongside it.

What you are ordering

The Fenté 125 pre-order covers 100 coats in total, shared across Black, Dark Navy and Dark Heather Grey. Not 100 per colour : 100 altogether. That number is not a marketing figure. The wool was ordered in February 2026, in one single quantity, and 100 coats is what it yields. The coat is designed in our Paris studio and made in Portugal.

When you pay

Your payment is taken when you place your order, like any other purchase on coltesse.com. You can pay in 2, 3 or 4 instalments, free of charge.

When you receive it

Pre-orders ship from 5 October, in the order they were placed, spread over the month. Ordering early means being served early. You receive a tracking link as soon as your coat leaves us.

If you change your mind

You can cancel at any time before your coat ships and we refund you in full. You can also change size on simple request, as long as it has not shipped. Once delivered, you have 14 days to exchange it or return it, exactly like any other order.

What happens after the 100

The pre-order price ends with the series. Once the 100 coats are taken, the Fenté 125 returns to its price of €840.

Delivery and duties

Delivery is free above €200. For the United States, duties and taxes are settled at checkout, and nothing more is due on arrival. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other countries outside the European Union, customs duties may apply according to local regulations.

You are welcome at our Paris studio, 76 Boulevard de Magenta, by appointment. Come and try the coat, feel the wool and get advice on your size before you order. Book your appointment.
