You can choose a delivery method on the site when you place your order. You will then receive electronic confirmation of the dispatch of your order and a summary of the information contained in the order form.

For delivery to a relay point, simply choose this delivery method and enter your address. We will then select the nearest relay point with the longest opening hours.

Same day delivery by courier is possible in Paris if your order is placed before 1pm, subject to availability at the studio.

Coltesse provides a worldwide delivery service via DHL, Colissimo and Chronopost.

Delivery times

Your order is in general shipped within 48 hours from the date of payment. Orders placed before 12:00 during the week can be shipped the same day.

Coltesse cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure linked to an incomplete or erroneous information of the address during the realization of the order. In case of return of a parcel because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the return costs will be at your exclusive charge. For orders on the outlet, shipping times may exceptionally be up to 3-4 days. Delivery times are in working days.

The maximum delivery time in metropolitan France is 2 days, the delivery time in the DOM-TOM is 6 days, the delivery time in the European Union is 5 days, the delivery time outside the European Union is 7 days.

Delivery costs for orders to France and the European Union are indicated including all taxes.

Delivery costs for orders sent outside the European Union are indicated exclusive of tax. Taxes are paid by the customer upon receipt of the package according to the laws in force in the country of destination.


Return Policy

Coltesse has a 14 day return policy, any item you wish to return must be sent within 14 days of receipt. You will not have to justify your reasons or pay any penalties except for the cost of returning the item.

If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.

In the case of free shipping, the shipping costs will be applied if the amount of the items kept is less than the amount necessary to apply the free shipping. The shipping costs will then be deducted from the refund.

Return procedure

On you will be able to log in with the email address you used when you placed your order and will receive a unique code which will allow you to log in at your client account.
In the "my orders" section, you will find the order concerned and will be able to request a return and select a reason. This request will be analysed by our team to check that the return conditions are correct. The request will be approved, or not, within 24 hours.

As a reminder, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
(If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.)
The garment must not have been damaged, worn, worn out or washed. It must be returned in the exact condition in which it is found and must be accompanied by all the documents and accessories supplied as well as a copy of the invoice or any other element allowing the identification of the order.
If the returned item cannot be put back on stock, you will not be entitled to a refund, but you may have the item sent back to you at your expense.

Once the return request has been approved, you will receive instructions of return by email.
Your order will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return.

We carry out pre-orders on certain exclusive pieces at a special rate. This process allows us to optimise our stocks by producing only for you in our French and European workshops.



The payment of the amount of your order is made on according to the procedures indicated at the time of its realization. The payment can be made, at your choice:

- by credit card,
- in 3 instalments without charge by credit card from 100€ with the Alma service,
- with Paypal,
- in Bitcoin via coinbase commerce.

The transaction is immediately debited from the credit card after verification of the conformity of the order and the banking data on receipt of the debit authorization. If the debit is impossible, the order will be refused.

The bank data is encrypted using S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer). Their use by Coltesse is exclusively limited to the procedures necessary to ensure the validation of the order and to the emission of a refund of the order in the event of a return.



It is not necessary to create an account to order on the site. However, we encourage you to create an account so that you can access your purchase history, your current orders and your return requests.

To access your orders and returns, simply log in using the email address you used to place the order. A code will then be sent to this email to enable you to log in.
